Delicious 15 Minute Pizza

I don't know anyone who dislikes pizza so you will be delighted with this healthy pizza recipe which only takes 15 minutes to make!

Preheat oven to 200oC
Cooking time: 10-15 minutes

For the pizza
Wholemeal pita breads
Toppings: we had onions, green peppers, mushrooms and pepperoni
1 jar of pizza sauce (we used Napolina)
Mozzarella cheese

  • Chop your onion, peppers and mushroom (keep some onion aside for the salad)
  • Spread the tomato sauce to the pita bread
  • Add toppings to the pita bread
  • Sprinkle mozzarella on top
  • Put in the oven for 10-15 minutes, until the mozzarella is golden

For the salad
Red onion
Feta cheese
Olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
Salt & pepper

  • Throw the lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber and onion into a bowl
  • Crumble feta cheese on top
  • In a small glass mix oregano, thyme, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper (there's no specific amount, I just did what suited my taste)
  • Mix the dressing into the salad 

Remove the pitas from the oven and serve!
