Tzatiki Recipe

What you will need
1 cucumber
300ml Greek yogurt
2 crushed garlic cloves
1tbsp chopped mint or dill
Salt & pepper
Olive oil
Pita bread

Peel the cucumber & grate into a bowl
Squeeze the grated cucumber over the bowl to rinse the water out
Put cucumber into second bowl and repeat rinsing step - you want as much water out of the cucumber as possible
Empty water from bowl and add cucumber again
Add the yogurt, garlic and mint/dill
Mix thoroughly together
Chill in the fridge before serving 

After dip has chilled
Cut pita bread up
Drizzle olive oil over bread & sprinkle with salt and pepper
Put in oven for 10 mins on 200 degrees
Serve with tzatiki
